The purpose of this calculator is to provide a simplified estimate for vacation planning. We’ve found the majority of planners cannot predict the exact locations, meals or menu items they will select on a vacation months in the future, so we looked for a simple way to estimate the costs associated with dining at Walt Disney World.

Instructions
Select the number of nights, adults and children for your vacation.
Insert the % of any applicable discounts offered by Walt Disney World for your vacation dates. For example, if Disney is offering 50% off Children’s Dining Plans, insert 50 for “Discount on Child Dining Plan”.
If you receive an Annual Pass Discount, include it for the relevant members of your party.
If you want to speed up the process, select either Quick Service Optimal or Standard Optimal to pre-populate the optimal meal plan for your vacation.
Select your best estimate of what meals you would use on your vacation for each day populated.
You may select “None” if you will use a snack or won’t eat at a restaurant.
Select “Average Quick Service” if you will likely eat a Quick Service Meal.
Select “Average Table Service” if you will likely eat a Table Service Meal.

The Disney Dining Plans are an optional add-on for guests staying on property at Walt Disney World. It offers value, convenience, flexibility, and choice, making it a popular option for many.
The Walt Disney World Dining Plans return in 2024 and include 2 options: the Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan and the Disney Dining Plan (also known as the Standard or Table Service Disney Dining Plan).
The Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan is the most basic plan and is perfect for those who prefer quick and easy meals. This plan includes:

What snacks are included with the Disney Dining Plans?
At Quick-Service restaurants, most Outdoor Carts and select merchandise locations, snacks may include a single serving of items such as:
Frozen ice cream novelty, popsicle or fruit bar
2 scoops of hand-scooped ice cream
Popcorn scoop (single-serving box)
Piece of whole fruit
Single-serve bag of snacks
20-ounce bottle of Coca-Cola® products, including Dasani® water
20-ounce fountain soft drink
Single-serve coffee, hot chocolate, hot tea, milk or juice
Cup of soup
Add on toppings or sauces (e.g. side of cheese dipping sauce)
What's Not Included:
Items that are more than a single serving (such as a box of doughnuts or a jar of peanut butter)
Items (such as popcorn or drinks) that are served in a souvenir container
Items considered to be merchandise (such as bottle toppers, glow cubes and bottle straps)
Special dining events offered at certain Table-Service locations
Key Tips and Walt Disney World Rules to Remember
Meals and snacks can be redeemed at any time during your stay.
Unused meals and snacks will roll over day to day and expire at midnight on day of checkout.
Meals and snacks are nontransferable between party members.
Resort-refillable mugs are eligible for refills from self-service beverage islands at any Disney Resort hotel Quick-Service location.
Beverages are included with each meal. Guests under 21 years of age may choose from a variety of nonalcoholic beverages. Guests 21 and older with valid identification may substitute for beer, wine and cocktails.
Guests ages 3 to 9 must order from a children’s menu, where available.
Plan must be purchased for entire length of stay and for the entire party (ages 3 and up).

What are the best Table Service restaurants to use with the Disney Dining Plan?
Disney World has a wide variety of Table Service restaurants that you can enjoy with the Disney Dining Plan. In general, the more expensive the menu selections, the more “value” you will receive from using a table service credit at a specific restaurant.
What is the cost of the Disney Dining Plan for 2024?
The Standard Dining Plan is $94.28 per night for adults and $29.69 per night for children.
The Quick Service Dining Plan is $57.01 per night for adults and $23.83 per night for children.
Is the Disney Dining Plan worth it for my trip to Disney World?
Whether or not the Disney Dining Plans are worth it for your trip to Disney World depends on your personal preferences and dining habits. If you enjoy dining at Table Service restaurants and plan on eating a lot of meals at Disney World, the Dining Plan can save you money, particularly with children.
How do I keep track of my use of Dining Plan credits?
Your dining plan usage is electronically linked to your reservation. Keep track of your remaining meals and snacks in 3 ways:
View your remaining meals and snacks in the My Disney Experience app.
Check your dining receipts. Remaining meals and snacks are printed on them.
Ask your Resort Concierge or Guest Relations to obtain them at any time.
