Walt Disney World Resort is gearing up for a magical holiday season, set to kick off on November 11, 2023. From the glitz and glam of Disney Jollywood Nights to the enchanting transformation of Cinderella Castle, here's a glimpse of what's in store for visitors:
Disney Jollywood Nights at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
This new, separately ticketed event will run on select nights from Nov. 11 to Dec. 20.
Guests can look forward to live stage shows, special character greetings, and the "Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!" nighttime spectacular.
Notable entertainment includes "Disney Holidays in Hollywood," a star-studded variety show featuring beloved characters like Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Kermit, Miss Piggy, and Tiana.
Fans of "Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas" can join Jack Skellington in a sing-along adventure at The Hyperion Theater.
Mickey, Minnie, and friends will don new vintage-inspired outfits, reflecting the glamour of Hollywood's golden age.
Magic Kingdom Park's Frozen Festivities
"Frozen Holiday Surprise" will see Olaf and his Snowgie siblings decorating Cinderella Castle, which will shimmer throughout the evening.
This spectacle, debuting on Nov. 7, will be a daily feature throughout the holiday season.
Additionally, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party will offer festive fun on select nights from Nov. 9-Dec. 22.
Gingerbread Displays at Disney Resort Hotels
Guests can marvel at gingerbread masterpieces at six Disney Resort Hotels, with a new display debuting at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort. Gingerbread displays will be seen at the following resort hotels:
Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge
Disney's Beach Club Resort
Disney's BoardWalk Resort
Disney's Contemporary Resort
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
Disney's Yacht Club Resort
EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays
This festival, starting on Nov. 24, celebrates diverse holiday traditions with comfort foods and drinks.
A new fireworks-and-laser show, "Luminous: The Symphony of Us," will premiere on Dec. 5, 2023.
EPCOT will also feature holiday decor marking The Walt Disney Company’s 100th anniversary.
Disney Springs and Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park
Starting Nov. 10, Disney Springs will showcase 19 Disney-themed trees and offer a chance to meet Santa Claus.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom will feature festive flotillas, character meetings, and a Merry Menagerie of life-size animal puppets. The iconic Tree of Life will come alive with wintry tales and music each evening.
